The Dino Berlinetta Speciale, a pioneering concept car from Ferrari and Pininfarina, debuted in 1965. Designed by Aldo Brovarone with oversight from Leonardo Fioravanti, it influenced the design of future Dino models, notably the Dino 206 GT. This mid-engined, two-seater featured a streamlined body with distinctive elements like plexiglass-covered headlights and elongated side air-intakes. Built on a Dino 206 SP-derived chassis, it had a uniquely designed rear section for engine and spare wheel display. Showcased at various international motor shows, it was eventually auctioned in 2017 for €4,390,400.
