The Ferrari 212 F1, a versatile racing car designed by Aurelio Lampredi for Scuderia Ferrari in 1951, competed in both Formula 1 and Formula 2. Chassis 102 of the Ferrari 212 F1 debuted at the 1951 Syracuse Grand Prix, driven by Dorino Serafini, achieving a second-place finish. However, it retired in its next race at Pau due to steering issues. Chassis 110 was sold to Swiss driver Rudi Fischer, who debuted it in the non-championship Syracuse Grand Prix, finishing third. Fischer also achieved notable results in Formula Two with this car, winning races at Aix-les-Bains and Angoulême in 1951.
