The 250 GT "Interim" LWB Berlinetta, produced in 1959, consists of seven unique models. They bridged the gap between the older long-wheelbase chassis and the then-new Pinin Farina bodywork, which was later adopted by the SWB Berlinettas. These cars, with their all-aluminium bodies, are distinguished by an additional rear quarter window, a feature not present in the subsequent "Passo Corto" Berlinettas. Notably, one of these 'Interim' Berlinettas triumphed in the 1959 Tour de France Automobile, upholding Ferrari's racing legacy.
