S/n 0461GT, the first Ferrari bodied by Carrozzeria Boano, was a unique cabriolet designed by Felice Mario Boano. Based on the type 508 chassis, it was crafted between 1955 and 1956. When showcased to Enzo Ferrari, it solidified Boano's reputation as a skilled coachbuilder, leading to their contract for producing the Coupé. Its style mirrored the Ferrari 410 Superamerica Boano Cabriolet and was presented at the 1956 Geneva Motor Show, followed by appearances in Turin and New York.
