In 1959, alongside the high-volume coupé, Pinin Farina designed a simpler 250 GT Cabriolet for series production. This model, which debuted at the Paris Motor Show, shared a similar aesthetic with the previous year's GT Coupé, notably featuring the removal of side vents. The car was equipped with standard 185VR15 Pirelli Cinturato tyres (CA67). Distinctly, the GT Cabriolet had uncovered headlights, differentiating it from the Coupé. Approximately 212 units of this model were produced.
