The Ferrari 308 GTB Millechiodi, a unique aerodynamic study based on the 308 GTB, was designed by Pininfarina and unveiled at the 1977 Geneva Motor Show. Distinguished from the standard 308 GTB, it featured a custom, unpainted aerodynamic body kit and the instrument panel from the Berlinetta Boxer. This model was notable for its design elements, some of which would later be incorporated into the Ferrari 288 GTO.
