Between 1991 and 1992, Zagato offered the Elaborazione package for the Ferrari 348 TB, focusing exclusively on cosmetic enhancements while retaining the original mechanical components. This package included a new front bumper eliminating the fake central grille, a glass engine cover showcasing the V8 engine, enlarged side cooling ducts without strakes, a novel round triple tail-light setup, and an electronically controlled rear spoiler. The car also featured a distinctive double bubble roof, custom OZ Racing wheels, external fuel filler caps, and a revamped interior with a three-inch rear view screen and suede upholstery. Although initially planned for 22 units, only 10 were ultimately produced.
