The car changed owners multiple times, notably sold to Michael Sheehan in 1983 for $55,000, and its value fluctuated significantly in the following years, peaking at $1,000,000 in 1992. Its last known owner, Robert Coates, showcased it at several events, including the Ferrari Historic Challenge and Le Belle Macchine d'Italia in 2008.
