The Ferrari 250 GT, chassis 2491GT, originally a 1961 250 GT SWB California Spyder, was transformed by Carrozzeria Zagato into the unique "3Z" Spyder in 1971, under Luigi Chinetti's commission. Designed by Giuseppe Mittino, it featured distinctive "eyelid" front treatment and geometric lines, setting it apart from other Ferrari custom bodies. After being displayed at the 1971 Turin Motor Show, it was sold in the U.S. by Chinetti. In 1979, Ferrari enthusiast Anatoly Arutunoff purchased the 3Z for $52,500, and has owned this one-of-a-kind Ferrari since then.
