The Ferrari 488 Pista Spider, introduced at the 2018 Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance, is a convertible version of the 488 Pista. It maintains the same engine and performance as the coupé but is notable for being lighter at 1,380 kg, a first for a Ferrari road-going convertible compared to its coupé version. The interior features carbon-fibre trim, Alcantara and leather upholstery, and unique door straps, emphasizing its track focus. Externally, it sports new 20-inch diamond finish alloy wheels, with lighter carbon fibre wheels available as an option. The Pista Spider introduces the Ferrari Dynamic Enhancer, enhancing driving control and predictability at limits.
