The Ferrari 575 GTC, introduced in 2003 and based on the 575M, was a racing variant developed for the FIA GT Championship. It featured a 6.0-liter V12 engine, enhanced cooling, a roll-cage, carbon-fiber panels, a large rear wing, and a 6-speed Xtrac sequential manual transmission. Weighing 1,148 kg, the 575 GTC had an engine output of 608 PS and 730 N⋅m of torque, enabling a top speed of 335 km/h. Despite achieving some success in races like Estoril 2003, it was less competitive than the Prodrive-built 550 GTS and was retired by the end of 2005. The 575 GTC also played a role in the development of Ferrari's XX program.
