A unique 575M, designed by Zagato for Japanese collector Yoshiyuki Hayashi, was announced at the 2006 Geneva Motor Show. This special edition, known as the GTZ, was created to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Ferrari's 250 range and evokes the style of the 250 GT Berlinetta Zagato. Officially endorsed by Ferrari, it features Zagato's iconic double-bubble roofline, custom coachwork reminiscent of 1960s Ferraris, and a two-tone paint scheme. Only six units were initially built, with an additional three convertible variants based on the earlier 550 model. The GTZ maintained the standard mechanical components of the 575M.
