In 2007, Zagato introduced the 599 GTZ Nibbio, a limited edition based on the Ferrari 599 GTB, with only nine units produced globally. Seven of these featured the F1 automated manual transmission, while two were equipped with a 6-speed manual. Among the automated transmission models, two were spyder variants. In December 2018, a manual coupe version of the 599 GTZ Nibbio, painted dark blue with a white top half, was listed for sale at Tomini Classics in Dubai for US$1.495 million.
