The Ferrari F90, a secret project commissioned by the Sultan of Brunei, was denied by Ferrari for nearly 18 years until its existence was confirmed, revealing that six units were produced in 1988. Managed by Enrico Fumia, head of R&D at Pininfarina, even Ferrari was unaware of the project. The F90, representing a "Ferrari of the '90s," was based on the Testarossa chassis, featuring an entirely new body and interior designed by Pininfarina. While maintaining the stock Testarossa engine with 390 PS, the car's radiators were uniquely relocated to the front, distinguishing it from the standard model.
