The Ferrari Monza SP1 and SP2, part of Ferrari's "Icona" series, are limited production sports cars produced from 2019 to 2022. Inspired by classic Ferrari race cars like the 750 Monza and 250 Testarossa, these models blend retro design with modern technology. They are powered by a 6.5 L V12 engine from the 812 Superfast, tuned to produce 810 PS, making them among the most powerful Ferrari road cars at their launch. The Monza SP1 is a single-seater, while the SP2 features two seats. Both models lack windshields and employ a unique "Virtual Windshield" system for aerodynamic efficiency. Their carbon fiber bodywork contributes to their lightweight design, with the SP1 and SP2 weighing 1,500 kg and 1,520 kg respectively. These cars are notable for their exceptional performance, including a 0–60 mph acceleration time of 2.9 seconds and a top speed exceeding 186 mph. The Monza SP1 was awarded the Compasso d’Oro industrial design award in 2020, highlighting its distinctive style and innovation.
